Terms of service.

1. Reading

The texts published on this site are free of copyright and may be read freely. Bibliomancer’s own editorial matter, typesetting, cover designs and software are © Bibliomancer Editions and may not be reproduced without permission, except as fair use or fair dealing allows.

2. Orders

Printed editions are manufactured on demand after you order. Prices are shown in US dollars; shipping and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Production normally takes 3–5 business days; delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on the carrier.

3. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because each book is printed to order, an order can be cancelled only before it enters production (normally within two hours of purchase). If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, tell us within 30 days with a photograph and we will replace it or refund it — our choice, but usually a replacement. Where consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, nothing here limits it.

4. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. We may close accounts used abusively.

5. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Bibliomancer’s liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
