Arthur S. Way

Arthur S. Way (1847–1930) was an English classical scholar and headmaster who translated a wide range of Greek and Latin epic poetry into English verse, including Homer, Quintus Smyrnaeus's Posthomerica (published as The Fall of Troy, 1913) and Apollonius Rhodius, aiming for a fluent, readable English rendering of classical epic.
